Dear Colleagues,
To strengthen fire safety awareness and improve emergency response capabilities, the company has decided to organize a fire safety training session and drill. Please arrange your work in advance, participate on time, follow the instructions of on-site staff during the drill, maintain order, and prioritize safety. The relevant details are hereby notified as follows:
1.Training Time: 16:00–17:00 on December 2, 2025 (next Tuesday)
2.Training Venue: 5th Floor Multi-Function Conference Room and the entrance of the 1st Floor of the company
3.Training Participants: All employees of the company
4.Specific Arrangements:
- 16:00–16:30: Training will be conducted by Lin Wanlong from the fire maintenance company in the 5th Floor Multi-Function Conference Room. The training content includes: warnings from fire accident cases, basic fire safety knowledge, identification of fire facility and equipment signs, four basic fire extinguishing methods, and fire escape procedures.
- 16:30–17:00: Evacuation drill (running downstairs) and hands-on fire extinguisher operation at the 1st Floor entrance of the company.

Floor wardens will stand at the intersection of the stairwell and elevator corridor, waving to direct everyone to the emergency exit and preventing people from taking the elevator; assistant commanders will help guide personnel to evacuate.
Cheng Rui and Zhang Yuanlai will direct at the assembly point and provide first aid to the injured.
Friendly Reminders:
- Please attend on time. During the training and drill, set your mobile phone to silent or power it off.
- After the training, please sign the paper-based [Education and Training Attendance Sheet].
